This is a very pleasant inn. Tucked away between King and Meeting Street you'll find the Gateway House Inn located on Burns Lane. It's seclusion is perfect for a quiet getaway, yet you're located in the heart of downtown Charleston placing you a short walk from many attractions and restaurants. This inn is decorated for the wealthiest of travelers, yet it is priced for those of us who are budget minded. The Gateway House Inn holds 7 rooms, and some of them include: private baths, and views. Your stay comes with either a queen or twin bed, and a large continental breakfast. You're welcome to have your breakfast served bedside, in the courtyard, or in the decorative dining room. The caretaker was very kind, and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. If you're looking for a great location for a good price this would be one of my top reccomendations.
